I've noticed lately that it seems my days are going by alot faster than usual. I feel as if I drifting into a daze and waiting for something exciting to happen. I'm waiting on my life to begin, but the problem is that my life has begun, and I can see it passing by. I need to get out of this dream world and enter into reality. I need to get my shit going with school, I need to get some where. Right now I have a wonderful loving husband and three crazy cats, so I'm not saying that my life sucks. I love what I've got right now, but I would like more to show for myself, in my case I want a good education...and something to look forward to. Like having a career that I love, and starting a family(well a bigger one anyway) with Robbie. So I will stop whining, for now hahaha, and get something done for once.
I know!! I'll do some research on Washington?! Sounds good to me, Rob and I are actually seriously considering moving there. Thats a big difference compared to Hawaii. Going from sunny paradise to...well Washington hahaha. UW is a great college to go to, Rob is thinking of going there for undergrad and maybe med school. Of course he can be a little ADD some times so he may change his mind and decide to go to Maryland! Eeek, I thought Washington sounded cold lol. There is a great military medical school up there, thats why he would want to go haha (He's not that ADD). Anyway, back to Washington. I just want to get more info about the schools, what kinds of things are there as far as jobs go. Also something to amuse me, I should probably start painting again. Painting would always entertain me. That, and it was a good way for me to vent. I actually have one of my first oil paintings hanging up in my living room, I absolutely love it :)
Well I'll leave you guys with a question, if you had to move to Washington, what would you do for entertainment, and what type of job would you want?
Thanks for reading, Peace Out! <3
Hi Brittaney!
ReplyDeleteI was reading your posts, I wanted to tell you I'm about to get a tattoo of WA(the state outline)on my forearm. I've lived all over WA. I lived in dt Seattle when I turned 18 for three years and I moved back for another 7months, 7 months ago. Seattle is a place of culture. I'm sure Hawaii is too, all places with ports right? I don't think you will have a hard time finding activities... arts, music, fests (sasquatch!), outdoors. You might of heard about Seattle's cold shoulder though. Tao lin wrote a cool article about it, I think you can find it via his blog! Best of Luck -Marti
